隨著油田進入開發中后期,地層條件變的越來越復雜,測準測全各層段的產液量和含水率也越來越重要,但由于井下流體均以三相流態存在,脫氣影響對產出剖面測井結果起到了關鍵作用。為此,針對目前油田常用的五種產出剖面測井儀器,在北二西水驅兩口油井分別開展了產出剖面測井方法對比試驗,對比試驗主要從測量范圍、測試精度、測試結果準確性等方面判斷儀器的適用性。對比分析產出剖面測試資料,表明采用兩相流儀器錄取三相流井結果不夠準確,采用油氣比校正是不準確的,需要進一步完善三相流測井技術;對脫氣井,探針、電導和同軸儀器測試方法更適宜;對不脫氣井,五種方法均適宜。通過對五項測試技術進行綜合評價,為下步優化產出剖面測井技術服務提供依據。
Abstract:
With the development of oil field in the middle and late period, the formation conditions become more and more complex, and it is more and more important to measure the production volume and water content of all layers. However, due to the existence of threephase flow state in underground fluids, the influence of degassing on the output profile logging results plays a key role. Therefore, to compare the five kinds of output profile logging instruments commonly used in oil fields, a comparative test of output profile logging methods was carried out in two water driving wells in north and west respectively. The comparison was mainly conducted on measurement scope, test accuracy, and test results accuracy to judge the applicability of the instruments. Comparing and analyzing the output profile data, it is shown that the results of adopting twophase flow instruments to logthreephase flow wells are not accurate enough, the oil and gas ratio correction is inaccurate, and it is necessary to further improve the threephase flow logging technology. For degassing wells, probe, conductance and coaxial instrument test methods are more suitable, and five methods are suitable for nondegassing wells. The comprehensive evaluation of five test techniques provides the basis for optimizing the output profile logging technology service in the next step.
