摘要:
針對金屬注水井管腐蝕、結垢嚴重及現有內防腐技術存在的問題,研發了玻璃鋼長效分層注水井管及配套管柱優化設計,壓力等級10~25 MPa,在油田分層注水井進行了工業試驗,并規模化推廣應用,實現了油田分層注水井管柱防腐防結垢技術的新突破。應用表明,該管材能夠較好地適應分層卡封、分層配水工況條件,滿足了油田分層注水需要,具有顯著的防腐、防結垢效果,使分層注水管柱使用壽命及水井檢管周期大幅延長,減少停井時間和作業費用,油田的注水時率和經濟效益大幅提高。玻璃鋼分層注水井管輕質高強,性價比高,為根本解決油田分層注水井管防腐、防結垢難題提供了一項可靠的新技術。
Abstract:
In view of the serious corrosion and scaling of the metal injection well pipe and the existing problems of the internal anticorrosion technology, the longacting glass fiber reinforced plastics well casing for zonal injection and its matching connection mode were developed,whose pressure rating is 10~25 MPa. The industrial test in the separate injection well of oilfield was performed, the largescale application was popularized,and a new breakthrough of anticorrosion technology of tubular column in the separate injection well of oilfield was realized. Application shows that the tubular product can be preferably applied to the layering and packer,separate injection working condition, and meet the requirements of zonal injection. It has remarkable performance for anticorrosion and antiscale, extends the service life and pipechecking cycle of tubular column in the separate injection well, reduces the shutdown time and operating costs, and increases the time rate of water injection and economic benefit of the oilfield significantly. Glass fiber reinforced plastics well casing for zonal injection is lightweight, high strength and high performance cost ratio. It provides a reliable new technology for fully resolving the anticorrosion and antiscale problems of the injection well pipe in oilfield.
