摘要:
采用固相口模拉伸技術制備雙軸取向聚乙烯管材,研究拉伸溫度、速率等工藝條件對其軸向及環向拉伸比的影響,探究具有不同拉伸比的管材試樣分子雙軸取向結晶結構。口模拉伸速率對管材軸向及環向拉伸比影響較大;隨軸向拉伸比增加,管材分子的結晶性能增強;當軸向拉伸比較小時,管材分子沿軸向與環向取向程度均增加,環向取向因子由0.036增至0.293,并逐漸產生偏離軸向的雙軸取向片晶結構,而當軸向拉伸比較大時,管材分子片晶結構逐漸沿垂直于軸向方向發生扭轉。 結果表明,經固相口模拉伸后試樣軸向及環向拉伸強度均大幅提高,實現了聚乙烯管材的雙向自增強。
Abstract:
In this work, biaxially oriented polyethylene pipes were prepared through solid die drawing technology. The influences of drawing temperature and speed on the draw ratio both in the axial and hoop direction were studied, and the biaxially oriented structures of the pipe samples with different draw ratio were discussed. Drawing speed had a great influence on the draw ratio of the pipes. With the increase of the axial draw ratio, the crystallinity of the sample increased. When the axial draw ratio was low, the degree of orientation both in axial and hoop direction increased, and the value of the latter one can increase from 0.036 to 0.293. Moreover, the lamellae deviated from the axial direction and biaxially oriented structure formed. However, when the axial draw ratio was high, the arrangement of the lamellae twisted towards the direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The results showed that, after die drawing, the tensile strength of the samples both in axial and hoop direction were enhanced obviously, realizing the biaxial self-reinforcement of polyethylene pipes.
