摘要:
對哈13-12井套管失效事故現場情況進行了調查,通過對鉆塞鉆頭損壞形貌、鉛印檢查結果和測井結果進行分析,確定了套管失效形式和位置。通過對套管在下井過程和固井過程套管受力狀況進行計算,認為套管沒有過載,套管斷裂可能與套管本身存在原始缺陷有關。建議采用措施,防止此類事故再次發生。
Abstract:
The field investigation of casing failure accident in HA13-12 well was carried out. Based on analysis on the morphology of the bit used for drilling cement plug, the inspection result of lead printing, and the well logging result, the casing failure mode and position was determined. It was considered that there is no over load on the casing string per calculating the fore acted on casing string during running casing and well cementation. It was suggested that some measures should be taken to prevent from casing failure again.
