摘要:
針對某油田集油管道穿孔泄漏問題,采用宏觀檢查、化學成分分析、金相組織分析、掃描電鏡及能譜分析、X射線衍射分析等方法,綜合分析其材質性能、腐蝕機理以及失效的原因。結果表明:該管道發生了局部內腐蝕穿孔失效,失效原因是由于管內介質流速較低導致管道底部出現水的沉積,介質中的CO2和H2S溶于水對碳鋼材料產生了電化學腐蝕。
Abstract:
For perforation problem of gathering main trunk pipeline in oilfield, material properties, corrosion mechanism, and the cause of leakage failure were comprehensively analyzed by means of visual inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic structure analysis, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis and Xray diffraction analysis. The results showed that the failure behavior of the pipeline was local internal corrosion perforation and the failure cause was that CO2 and H2S dissolved in sedimentary water in the bottom of pipeline leads to electrochemical corrosion of carbon steel.
